The bottom drawer has 1 1/4 inches of clearance (height) and the box weighs 4.6 Pounds. The pillow circumference is 7 1/4 inches and compressible to 6 3/8 inches. If your watch is sized to be smaller than 6 3/8 inches you can leave the clasp open to fit.
